Scandinavian Villa in İcmeler Marmaris

This villa, centrally located in İcmeler neighborhood where luxury hotels of Marmaris are found, is a holiday villa with a capacity of 10 guests, 10 minutes walking distance to the sea. The villa has a large garden and pool, receives sunlight all day long. It is at the walking distance to most restaurants, shopping malls and cafes. This 3 floor villa has a 5 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. And there is a fireplace in its living room, also has a fully equipped kitchen. There are double beds in 4 of the bedrooms and two single beds in the 5th bedroom.

İn the pool there are 8 sun loungers, a seating group and a dining table in the garden where there is a private swimming pool.

 The weekly electricity consumption of 250 kW is included in the price. If the electricity exceeds the quota, the exceeded amount is requested.

 An extra cleaning fee is requested for stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season.

The cleaning fee is included in the price for stays of at least one week, but the fee for any extra cleaning services you request during your holiday is 100GBP.
