Our villa, located in the Kirme district of Fethiye, boasts a charming garden and a highly secluded swimming pool. The detached swimming pool is quite private, providing guests who wish to stay away from prying eyes with a comfortable retreat.

1st bedroom:  En-suite family bedroom.

Important guest notes:

The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition, and cleaning is carried out at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also done during these cleanings.

Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no extra fees are charged.

Extra cleaning, additional bed linen and towels, rental car, guidance services, health insurance, etc., are not included in the prices. Despite regular pest control in all of our villas located within nature, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc. in the surroundings. Infrastructure works may be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to these works, roadworks, as well as electricity and water interruptions, may occur.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 115 Euro is taken upon entry for damages, losses, breakages, etc. The deposit is refunded upon villa check-out if there are no problems such as breakages, damages, losses, etc.
