Our villa with 3 bedrooms located in the Akbel region of Kalkan is a conservative villa with a pool area that is not visible.

Villa, located 15-20 minutes away by car from the center of Kalkan and the public beach, is a villa nestled in nature with a sea view and a private pool, making it one of the most suitable choices for large families and honeymoon couples.

Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial entrance cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen and towel change, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

Upon check-in for Villa Kalkan, a refundable damage deposit of 144 Euro is collected. If there is no damage after the necessary checks are made upon leaving the villa, your money will be refunded immediately or within 1 week to your account.

A cleaning fee of 72 Euro is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
