The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen and towel change, transportation, car rental, and other services are not included in the price.

A damage deposit of 87 Euro is required upon check-in for Villa. After necessary checks upon check-out and no damage, your deposit will be refunded instantly or within 1 week.

A cleaning fee of 38 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

The pool heating fee is 19 Euro.
