Our villa is located in the Fethiye/Kayaköy region. Featuring a private pool, our villa offers stunning natural beauty with its stone architecture. It is a secluded and private property, with a pool that is not visible from the outside. There is a gazebo and a barbecue area by the pool. The villa is approximately 5 kilometers from the beach. For added comfort, especially during the winter months, the villa is equipped with a cozy fireplace.

The villa is just 2 kilometers from the world-famous Historic Ancient City and 5 kilometers from Gemiler Beach.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a shared WC on the ground floor. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

The living room includes a fireplace and direct access to the pool. There is also a barbecue area in the garden for grilling, as well as unlimited internet access.

The pool is filtered with an overflow system and is available for use year-round, with daily maintenance performed meticulously.

Our villa is open for reservations throughout the year.
