Important guest notes:

Our villa's pool and garden maintenance are carried out every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, initial villa entry cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen/towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A refundable damage deposit of 72 Euro is taken upon entry to Villa. After necessary checks are made upon your departure and in the absence of any damage, your money will be refunded.

A cleaning fee of 44 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Guests renting the villa are deemed to have accepted the terms of the distance sales agreement on the www.tayatravel.eu website.
