Important guest notes:

Our villa's pool and garden maintenance is done by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.

A damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa, to be refunded instantly or within 1 week after necessary checks upon check-out if no damage is detected.

For stays of fewer than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 72 Euro is charged.
