Important guest notes:

Our villa's pool and garden maintenance are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

Note: For stays of fewer than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged.

A security deposit of 144 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa, to be refunded upon necessary inspections upon check-out, provided there is no damage. The refund is made immediately or within 1 week to your account.
