Our villa is a 2 floored and has 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms with a private pool in the Marmaris Armutalan area. Out of the 4 bedrooms three of the bedrooms have a double bed and the last one has 1 single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa has two bathrooms and an open kitchen. Therefore, this villa is one of the ideal options for guests considering a villa holiday in the Marmaris region. İt has a capacity for max 8 people.
There is a swimming pool measuring 800 cm x 400 cm x 160 cm. Additionally, there are four sun loungers and a shower area.
There is a seating group in our garden (two double armchairs + table), a seating group + coffee table, television, dining table and chairs on our veranda.

Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250 kW) are included in the price. If there is an excess of electricity, the excess amount will be requested.
