The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out by responsible personnel every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning of the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, and other services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a security deposit of 58 Euro is taken upon check-in, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are made upon check-out if there is no damage.
