Villa, located in Kalkan's İslamlar village, is a one-bedroom, conservative villa nestled in nature.

Ideal for honeymoon couples and small families, our villa is situated 15-20 minutes away by car from the center of Kalkan and the public beach.

Note: There is no private parking. There is a walking distance of 20 meters between the villa and the car.

Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon entry to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, change of bed linen, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a damage deposit of 58 Euro is taken upon entry, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after necessary checks upon leaving, provided there is no damage.

For stays of less than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 30 Euro is charged.
