A secluded located in Kalkan's Bezirgan village, promises a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Villa accommodates up to 5 people.
The pool area of our villa, which cannot be seen from the outside, is specially designed for honeymooners and conservative families.
Pool floor terrace: Sunbathing area, private pool.
Sun loungers, parasols, dining table for 5 people.
Pool dimensions; Length: 12.5 meters, Width: 7 meters, Depth: 1.50 meters
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen.
Refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner oven (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, water dispenser, 4-person dining set, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
Living room: Overlooking the pool
Seating area, Satellite TV (LCD), Air conditioning, Dining table for 4 people, Access to the pool terrace.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: En-suite master bedroom.
Double bed, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, Jacuzzi bathtub, bathroom, and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: En-suite master bedroom.
1 double bed, 1 single bed, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.
Important guest notes:
The maintenance of our villa's pool and garden is carried out by responsible personnel every other day.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
Upon check-in for Villa, a damage deposit of 72 Euro is taken, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are made upon your departure if there is no damage.
A cleaning fee of 50 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
