Our villa's pool and garden maintenance are done by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, changing bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon check-in, which is refunded to your account immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are made upon your check-out if there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
