Frying pan, Pots, Cutlery, etc.
Living room: Overlooking the pool.
Sitting group, Satellite TV (LCD), DVD Player, Air
conditioning, Dining table for 4 people, Access to the pool terrace,
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Suite family bedroom.
Double bed, Dressing table, Nightstand, Air conditioning,
Wardrobe, Bathroom and toilet, Jacuzzi.

Important guest notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out
by responsible staff every other day.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden
maintenance, and the initial cleaning of the villa are included in the price.
Extra cleaning request, changing bed linen and towels, transportation, car
rental, and other services are not included in the price.
A refundable damage deposit of 173 Euro is taken upon
check-in for Villa . After the necessary checks are made upon your departure,
if there is no damage, your money will be refunded.
A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays of less than
6 nights.
