Note: A cleaning fee of 72 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights, and heating fees are included in the price from October 1st to May 31st.

Important guest notes:

The maintenance of our villa's pool and garden is carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A refundable damage deposit of 72 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa. After the necessary checks are made upon your departure and in the absence of any damage, your money will be refunded to your account immediately or within 1 week.
