The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.

Upon check-in for Villa, a security deposit of 87 Euro is taken, to be refunded upon necessary checks upon check-out, provided there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 45 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
