The maintenance of our villa's pool and garden is done every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon entry to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon entry for Villa, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after your departure if no damage is found.

A cleaning fee of 51 Euro is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
