Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible personnel every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning of the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A damage deposit of 115 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa, to be refunded instantly or within 1 week after the necessary checks are carried out upon your departure, provided that there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

The pool heating fee is 22 Euro per day.
