Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial entry cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a refundable damage deposit of 144 Euro is taken upon entry. After necessary checks are conducted upon your departure and in case of no damage, your money will be refunded immediately or within 1 week to your account.

A cleaning fee of 72 Euro is charged for stays of 5 nights and below.
