Important guest notes:

The maintenance of our villa's pool and garden is carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon entry to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, changing bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

Upon entry to Villa, a refundable security deposit of 87 Euro is taken. After the necessary checks are made upon leaving the villa, if there is no damage, your money will be refunded instantly or within 1 week.

A cleaning fee of 72 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

The fee for heating the outdoor pool is 35 Euro per day.
