Important guest notes:

The maintenance of our villa's pool and garden is done every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, initial cleaning upon entry to the villa are included in the price. Extra services such as additional cleaning requests, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, etc., are not included in the price.

A damage deposit of 58 Euro is taken upon entry to Villa, to be refunded conditionally upon departure. After necessary checks upon your departure and in case of no damage, your money will be refunded instantly or within 1 week to your account.

A cleaning fee of 45 Euro  is charged for stays of 5 nights or less.
