The location of this villa is in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, is a
one-bedroom conservative honeymoon villa with a Jacuzzi. It offers you a
delightful holiday experience with its nature view. It's a special option for
conservative couples and honeymooners who want to spend a secluded holiday in a
quiet and peaceful location.
It is 10 km away from the city center of Kalkan and 1 km
away from the center of Üzümlü Village.
Pool floor terrace: Sunbathing area, private pool.
Sun loungers, sun umbrella, dining table for 4 people,
sitting group.
Pool dimensions: Length: 7 meters, Width: 3.50 meters,
Depth: 1.55 meters.
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen.
Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven with 4-burner hob (built-in),
Microwave oven, Electric kettle, Water dispenser, Dining set for 4 people, Pan,
Pots, Cutlery, etc.
Living room has a sitting group, Satellite TV (LCD), Air conditioning, Dining table for 4 people, access to the pool terrace.
1st bedroom is an en-suite family bedroom.
Double bed, Vanity table, Bedside table, Air conditioning,
Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Bathroom and toilet.
Important guest notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out
every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial entry cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
