The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon entry are included in the price. Additional cleaning requests, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

Upon entry to Villa, a damage deposit of 58 Euro is required, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are completed upon your departure if there is no damage.
