The villa is located in Kördere, Kalkan, is one of the most
suitable choices for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Guests who want to
spend their holiday in a villa where they can feel at home can choose the newly
built Villa. Additionally, our villa is located 5 km away from the nearest
beach.
Note: The homeowner resides on the lower floor. The entrance
to the lower floor is independent of the villa's entrance.
Pool area terrace: Sunbathing area, private pool.
Dining table and chairs for 4 people, 4 sun loungers.
Pool dimensions: Length: 10 meters, Width: 4 meters, Depth:
1.65 meters.
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen.
Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven with 4-burner stove
(built-in), Microwave oven, Electric kettle, Water dispenser, Dinner set for 4
people, Pan, Pots, Cutlery, etc.
Living room overlooks to the pool.
Sitting group, Satellite TV (LCD), DVD Player, Air conditioning, Dining table for 4 people, Access to the pool terrace.
1st bedroom is a suite family bedroom.
Double bed, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning,
wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, jacuzzi.
2nd bedroom is a suite youth bedroom.
Two single beds, dressing table, bedside table, air
conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.
Important guest notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out
every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial entrance cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen and towel change, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
