Important Guest Notes:

Our villa's pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon entry are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A security deposit of 144 Euro is required upon check-in for Villa. After the necessary checks upon checkout, if there is no damage, your money will be refunded instantly or within 1 week.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays under 7 nights.

The weekly cost of pool heating is 144 Euro.
