Our villa's pool and garden maintenance are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A security deposit of 58 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa, to be refunded upon necessary inspections upon check-out, provided there is no damage.
